Mathias has been very into bugs, mostly ants, potato bugs and worms since those are the ones he has seen the most. When my sister in law Kelly was watching him last week they found a caterpillar. He was very excited to show me. Kevin told him that he could bring it home and put it in his shirt pocket. We did not want the little guy to get smashed from the straps of the car seat so we put it in a cup and gave him some grass and leaves to munch on. We kept him for a couple of days and constantly checked on him . However a few days later he was no longer with us. So long Mr. Caterpillar, it was fun while it lasted.
